When reviewing this tank and trying to decide how many starts to give it I thought about deducting a star because I prefer a larger tank. But I decided to list it as I see it and let the buyer decide if the size issue is a plus or minus.

That said this is probably the nicest looking atomizer in my collection. In my opinion the Stainless steel version selected as the main one in the photo is not the best color. I have the "Iridescent" color. It looks really nice in person and the detail of the top of the cap and the twisted metal inside the tank and the detail of the bottom vent adjusting ring really make it look very nice.

The first thing I noticed when I opened up the box of my new atomizer was how small it was compared to what I expected. The size is listed but I did not think about the size when ordering.
It has a 5ml juice capacity which is pretty standard and the same capacity as the much larger Crown 3 atomizer because so much metal on the Crown 3 takes up space inside it leaves less space for juice.
It is easy to draw comparisons between the Nunchaku and the Crown 3. First the Nunchaku is not prone to leaking which is always nice. The design of the coils are similar except that the one for the Nunchaku is physically much smaller and has 3 smaller cotton wick openings vs the Crown 3 and it's 4 larger cotton wick openings. It is a small enough diameter inside that a dropper won't fit to put a controlled bit of juice in there when priming so that can be skipped or one can get a smaller tipped bottle when priming the coil. Otherwise the coils has the same 3 O ring design and is a push in and pull out type.

One of the things that I will be changing on my Nunchaku tank is the tip. It is shorter than on the Crown 3 as an example (though it is a common size and you can swap one such as from a C 3 if desired). The short tip means that your lips are touching the top of the tank when taking a hit and the bigger your lips the more noticeable this will be. So one might want to plan on buying a larger tip for a few bucks.
The smaller coils have a reasonably low wattage rating on them but I happen to vape at low wattage to avoid hot vapor so it works for me. It has been close to a week using the first coil and it seems to be working as good or better than when first installed. And of course I prime the coil like any other which includes letting it sit in the juice in the tank for as long as possible. 30 minutes if in a hurry.

I have been able to get some decent vapor output but this is not made to be a cloud chaser machine. It is however pretty good for those wanting good flavor. I think this is the one attribute of the smaller size of the atomizer. The juice travels a shorter distance through the coil and in to vapor and in to you pretty quickly and it feels very "tight" as in no lag. It is pretty instantaneous vapor.

So if you are good with the small size and not expecting giant clouds then you will probably appreciate this tank. If you are wanting the next big cloud of vapor atomizer on the market you will need to look at another option. (Posted on 4/27/2018)
