Shipping policy

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed before 3PM EST are generally shipped the same business day. We take pride in our super-fast shipping, but officially there is a processing period for all orders of up to 48 hours (normally more like 1 hour during the business day, though).

We process orders Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays, from 9AM - 5PM EST. While we do process orders on Saturday and Sunday, those orders will not ship until the next available business day.

Our daily shipping cutoff time is 4PM EST.

 
Where do you ship to?
We ship to Domestic United States. At this time, we currently do not ship to the following states; Arkansas, Georgia,
Louisiana, Maine, New Hampshire, New York, Oregon, Utah and Vermont.
 

Free Shipping
We offer a free shipping method for all domestic orders over $75. Sometimes, there are also coupon codes for free shipping. Our system will pick the best method for us to use.


Estimated Transit Times
Economy Shipping: 2-7 business days* in transit (our processing time is 1 day or less).

Late Shipments
We cannot guarantee transit times, and shipping fees are non-refundable by us.

However, the shipping methods listed below are guaranteed directly through the shipping carrier, with certain exceptions (normally weather delays and failed delivery attempts). For more information, please contact the carrier directly.

 
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address on your account. This information can also be viewed, when logged into your account, on the "My Account" page.

Please do not be alarmed if the delivery confirmation has not updated in a few days. Carrier delivery confirmation does not update until the package has reached either a sort facility or your local post office, there are no updates otherwise. All delivery issues should be addressed with your local post office.

Carriers offers fast and reliable service at a low cost. However, they can (and will) occasionally make the mistake of mis-routing a package. Unfortunately these errors are out of our control and we are not responsible for errors or delays caused.

Multiple orders will be shipped in the same box and tracking will be the same for these orders.

 
Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions
Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We are not able to re-ship any order until it has been returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the additional shipping.
