A: We process orders Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays, from 9AM - 4PM CST. While we do process orders on Sunday, those orders will not ship until the following business day.

Q: What is your warranty/return policy?
A: Vapedeal.com offers a 30-day warranty on defective units. We are unable to extend this warranty to e-liquids or coils. For hardware warranty returns, we must approve the return of the item. Warranty returns must be sent at the customer's expense, though we cover the return cost of sending you the replacement item.
Q: What is your order cancellation/alteration policy?
A: You may cancel your order for up to 1 hour after it is placed. After that, we are unable to guarantee order cancellation, as it may have already been processed and/or shipped.
